Job Requirements
1, mechanical electronics, electrical automation related professional college degree or above, skilled application of CAD/CERO/SW and other design software;
2. More than 5 years of automation industry experience, familiar with the mechanical structure of the automation industry, automation equipment design experience is preferred;
3. Familiar with power battery production process and related equipment is preferred.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the management, debugging, maintenance, maintenance and optimization of the equipment in the factory to ensure that the equipment meets the production requirements.
2. Lean production, optimize the equipment and tooling in the factory, and improve the quality and efficiency of production.
3. Leading the technical evaluation and scheme design of non-standard equipment to ensure the rapid and stable production of automated production lines.
4. Training system construction: internal training sharing, online technical personnel and operator skills training.
