Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering materials, chemistry, etc;
2, to have power cell project development 2-3 years or above work experience;
3. Familiar with APQP process and battery industry testing standards.
4. Familiar with power battery manufacturing process and material characteristics, with the ability to analyze common battery anomalies.
5. Good communication skills and execution.
Responsibilities
1, responsible for the design and development of product projects, review, verification, customer certification and transfer to trial production, etc;
2, responsible for the upgrading of existing products, performance improvement and optimization;
3. Provide technical support and solutions for product development and customers
